It's been a while since I began this series. Please forgive me - Let's continue this. But first I want you to go back and re-read the first 3 parts to Less of Self and More for Others series. After reading the first three, finalize everything by putting thought into part 4. Always remember that when we serve others, we are serving God!

Week 4: "Less of self and more for others."

Front stage serving vs. Backstage serving

Often times, when we think of serving God as - preaching, teaching, leading singing, doing talks, leading Bible studies, anything public at services. That's what I like to call "front stage" serving. There are plenty of people lining up to do these works, plenty. This week I want to challenge you to what I call "back stage" serving. Back stage serving I define as taking an honest effort into touching lives on a personal level. This will require you to take an initiative to taking an interest in other peoples lives. This week I challenge you to keep a list of prayers, birthdays and praises. Follow up with people. I believe God will then open a door for you to begin serving on the back stage level. This might require a lot of you considering that everyone might not know all the good you're doing - But God will!

Friends and family - It's about less of self and more for others!

Remember that when we serve others, we are serving God!
